Our Bella Besties class ensures lots of one-on-one attention with the teacher and a parent helper so that dancers who need a little more support than what our traditional classroom setting offers can still dance their hearts out without the strain of expectations. We learn ballet and jazz movements to storybook themes and give the dancers the ability to step aside from the classroom if they need a brain break or a breather with a parent's assistance.

HOW OUR CLASSROOM IS UNIQUE FOR BELLA BESTIES:
The classroom features a closed curtain so that the back half of the studio can remain a separate space if a dancer needs to take a break. Stations are set up at tables in this space so that you have options for how your dancer best responds. For Bella Besties classes, the lights will remain low and the music will stay quiet for dancers with light or sound sensitivity. We dress up to match our story theme at the end of each class in sensory-friendly apparel guaranteed to be stretchy, soft and comfortable! |

HOW OUR CURRICULUM IS UNIQUE FOR BELLA BESTIES:
The curriculum for this class features movements from our age appropriate Bunnies classes (2.5-4 years) as well as our Butterflies classes (4-6 years) but we will customize it based on the makeup of students in your Bella Besties class. We learn a dance to perform at the end of the session as well as in our optional recitals! All dances can be modified around physical limitations or equipment! |

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE BELLA BESTIES CLASS FORMAT:
This element is unique to Bella Besties - we know that not every dancer does best with a traditional class structure where the expectation is that they can need to stay in one place for long periods of time, maintain attention without assistance, follow attire requirements, or stay engaged for an entire class period. Bella Besties offers the ability to come to class without these expectations - your dancer will never be treated differently - the only unique element will be the way that we approach this class! |
